01 / Website use
These terms govern the public Company A website. They do not replace a proposal, statement of work, data-processing agreement, or other signed client contract.
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) apply when you access or use this website and its public pages (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Site is operated by Arunchayan Group, a company incorporated in Ontario, Canada. Company A is the public-facing brand used on this Site. In these Terms, “Company A,” “Arunchayan Group,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Arunchayan Group.
The Site describes Company A’s agents, software, development services, experience, and representative applications. Nothing on the Site creates a client, advisory, fiduciary, employment, partnership, or other professional relationship.
Any client engagement will require a separate written agreement identifying the contracting parties, scope, fees, responsibilities, intellectual-property treatment, confidentiality, data handling, liability, governing law, and other project terms. If a signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, that agreement controls for the work it covers.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. If you use the Site for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for it.
You may use the Site to learn about Company A, evaluate whether a conversation may be useful, and contact us. You may make reasonable internal copies of public material for that evaluation, provided you keep any copyright or source notices intact.
You may not:
Site content is general information, not an offer, quotation, service-level commitment, warranty, or promise of a particular result. Product capabilities, integrations, availability, and implementation requirements can change and must be confirmed for the intended environment.
Where the Site labels an interface, analysis, dataset, finding, or scenario as “Representative,” “Illustrative,” or “Synthetic,” it is constructed to show a possible application. It is not a customer screen, production deployment, testimonial, benchmark, or client outcome.
The Site may describe agents and AI-assisted analysis. Site content and representative outputs are not legal, financial, investment, accounting, medical, safety, compliance, or other regulated professional advice.
Do not use Site material as the sole basis for a consequential decision. Any real implementation requires appropriate data review, validation, permissions, controls, human responsibility, and domain-specific advice. The Site does not represent that an agent autonomously makes regulated, safety-critical, lending, investment, employment, maintenance-release, dispatch, or compliance decisions.
Unless stated otherwise, the Site, its original text, design, code, graphics, interfaces, and other material are owned by or licensed to Arunchayan Group and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to access the Site for the permitted purposes above. They do not transfer ownership or grant a right to use the Company A or Arunchayan Group names, marks, product names, or branding.
The Site may refer or link to third-party websites, data sources, standards, platforms, or services. Those resources are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. A reference does not mean that we control, endorse, or guarantee the third party or its content.
You remain responsible for information you submit. You confirm that it is accurate enough for us to respond and that you have the right to provide it. You give us permission to use it to assess and respond to the inquiry, communicate with you, and keep reasonable business records as described in the Privacy Policy below.
Do not send confidential or sensitive material through the website. An inquiry does not create a duty of confidentiality. If your proposed discussion requires an NDA, ask us to put one in place before sharing protected information.
We may correct errors, update content, or change or discontinue parts of the Site. We do not promise that the Site will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or free from errors.
If we change these Terms, we will update the date above. Revised Terms apply prospectively from their stated effective date, and material changes will be made reasonably prominent.
We take reasonable care with Site content, but you are responsible for how you use it and for independently checking information before relying on it. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Arunchayan Group is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss caused solely by use of, inability to use, or reliance on the public Site.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded, limits mandatory rights, or changes rights and responsibilities contained in a signed client agreement.
These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you have a concern about the Site, contact us first so we can try to resolve it.
Unless applicable mandatory law gives you the right to proceed elsewhere, a dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought before the courts of Ontario, Canada. Mandatory rights that apply to you remain unaffected. Any client agreement will state the governing law and dispute process for that engagement.

02 / Website data
This policy explains how Arunchayan Group handles personal information through the public Site and business inquiries under Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (“PIPEDA”) and other applicable privacy laws. Data processed for a client implementation will be governed by the relevant client agreement and, where appropriate, a separate data-processing agreement.
Arunchayan Group, a company incorporated in Ontario, Canada, is the organization responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Company A is the public-facing brand used on the Site. Arunchayan Group remains accountable for personal information under its control, including information handled by service providers on its behalf.
Arunchayan Group has designated a Privacy Officer to oversee compliance, answer questions, process access or correction requests, and receive complaints. Contact the Privacy Officer through the inquiry form by selecting “Privacy or legal request.”
Information you provide. When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, work email, selected area of interest, message, and submission time. If we continue the conversation, we also keep the correspondence and normal business relationship details you choose to provide.
Technical information. Our hosting infrastructure may process standard request and security data such as IP address, date and time, requested URL, browser or device information, response status, and diagnostic events.
Information we do not ask for. The inquiry form is not intended for passwords, payment-card data, government identifiers, health information, special-category data, regulated client records, or third-party confidential information. Please do not submit them.

Providing an inquiry is voluntary. By submitting the form after seeing its collection notice, you authorize us to handle the information for the purposes described above and in this policy. Where consent is required, that submission indicates your consent. You may withdraw consent, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice, but we may then be unable to respond or continue the requested interaction.
If you do not provide a name, reply address, and enough context, we may be unable to respond. We do not use the inquiry form to add you to a marketing list.
Inquiry submissions are recorded in persistent website storage and made available only to people who need them to respond or operate the Site. When email delivery is configured, the submission is also sent through our email delivery provider.

Service providers may process information outside Canada, including in countries whose privacy laws differ from Canadian law. While there, information may be accessible to courts, law-enforcement authorities, or regulators under local law. Arunchayan Group remains accountable for personal information transferred to a service provider for processing and uses contractual or other appropriate measures intended to provide a comparable level of protection. Where another applicable law restricts an international transfer, we use or rely on an available lawful transfer mechanism and appropriate provider safeguards.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not currently use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, tracking pixels, or browser storage for marketing or profiling.
The hosting platform may use strictly necessary technical identifiers or request data to deliver and secure the Site. If we introduce analytics, advertising technology, or materially different tracking, we will update this policy and provide consent controls where required.
We keep website inquiry data while we assess or maintain the business conversation and ordinarily for no more than 24 months after the last substantive interaction. We may keep it longer when the inquiry becomes part of a client or supplier record, when law requires it, or when reasonably needed to establish or defend legal rights.
Technical and security logs follow the shorter operational or security schedules used by the relevant hosting and infrastructure provider. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure. No website, storage system, or transmission method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We assess suspected breaches and maintain breach records as required. If a breach creates a real risk of significant harm and PIPEDA or another applicable law requires action, we will report it to the appropriate regulator and notify affected individuals.
Subject to PIPEDA’s permitted exceptions, you may ask whether we hold personal information about you, how it has been used, and to whom it has been disclosed; request access to it; and challenge its accuracy or completeness and have it corrected where appropriate. You may also withdraw consent, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice.
We will respond to a written access request within the period required by applicable law—generally within 30 days under PIPEDA—unless a permitted extension or exception applies. If we extend the time or refuse access, we will explain as required by law. Access will be provided at minimal or no cost unless applicable law permits otherwise.
Depending on where you live and which other law applies, you may also have rights to request deletion, restriction, objection, or portability. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right. We may ask for enough information to verify your identity and protect information from an unauthorized request. Submit a request through the inquiry form and choose “Privacy or legal request.”
Website inquiry data is not used to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects, and the current inquiry workflow does not send form submissions to an AI model. If that changes, we will update this policy before using the information in that way.
The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Site. If you believe a child has submitted information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
We will update the date at the top when this policy changes. If a change materially affects how we use information already collected, we will provide additional notice where required.
For a privacy question, request, or complaint, contact the Arunchayan Group Privacy Officer through the Company A inquiry form and select “Privacy or legal request.” We will acknowledge and investigate privacy complaints and explain the outcome.
If your concern is not resolved, you may be entitled to contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or another privacy regulator with jurisdiction where you live or work.
